Requirements:
·        University degree in civil, road construction or a related field preferred;
·        Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel;
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
·        Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani & English (Russian is preferable).
